Seeing as how I have failed not one, but two 365 projects, I thought a 52 weeks one might work better for my schedule. After all, I'm getting married in 3 months! And given that we are having a mostly do-it-yourself (read: poor people's) wedding, this girl is going to be B.U.S.Y.
Part of why I want to do this project is that I want to force myself to create something with my camera even when it's easier just to not pick it up. I want to remember the little details of life that get lost over time. And I want to write again, even if no one but me is reading it.
I definitely had something more conceptual planned for this week. But given that I ran my camera remote through the washer AND dryer and have yet to replace it, that didn't happen. This is your run of the mill, good ole' fashioned, reach-that-arm-out-in-front-of-you-and-click kind of snapshot. I hope you don't mind. ;-)
If I could sum up this first week of 2012 in one word, I would say...
Pinterest
Yes, you heard me. This week, I was invited into the ever-so-lovely time-suck known as Pinterest.
If you can't find me or I'm not answering my calls, you will likely find me there.
Pinning away my wedding daydreams and other various items.
I think it's safe to say that this wedding is going to be all about the mason jars. :-)
